Our Story

From one line to four series

We started with a single extrusion line and one material. Today we produce four series in our own facility and measure every spool before it leaves the line.

  1. 2018
    One line, one material

    We set up our first extrusion line and worked on diameter consistency, producing PLA only.

  2. 2020
    Engineering series

    We added the PETG and ABS/ASA series and moved to humidity-controlled vacuum packaging.

  3. 2022
    Colour lab

    We built our own colour lab and made batch-level colour consistency measurable.

  4. 2024
    Dealer network

    We launched our wholesale programme: tiered volume pricing, reserved stock and same-day dispatch.

Where the filament comes from

Extrusion, colour control and packaging under one roof. With no intermediate supplier, both the tolerance and the lead time are ours to guarantee.

Production line

Every step from pellet to spool runs on our own line. Laser measurement on the line reads diameter and ovality several times a second and automatically separates any metre outside tolerance.

Colour and testing COLOUR LAB
Colour and testing

A sample is taken from every batch and put through colour and flow testing. The batch colour code goes on record, so a repeat order months later comes out in the same shade.

Packaging and warehouse

After drying, spools are vacuum sealed with a desiccant and shelved. Stock reserved for dealers is held in a separate bay and never moved to another order.

Produced on our own line

Extrusion, colour and packaging under one roof; no intermediate supplier, the responsibility is ours.

Laser measurement on the line

Diameter and ovality are measured continuously; a spool outside tolerance never reaches dispatch.

Humidity-controlled packaging

Every spool is dried, vacuum sealed and closed with a desiccant, so shelf life is preserved.

Technical support

Our production team answers questions on print profiles, temperatures and retraction.
